At Pranan USA Technologies, we are committed to delivering your EMF protection products promptly and securely. This shipping policy outlines our current practices regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and other relevant details.

 

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

 

Shipping Methods and Timeframes (United States Only)

We currently ship domestically within the United States only.
 

Shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (once shipped)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (once shipped)
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (once shipped)

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order weight and dimensions

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $150.

 

Tracking Information

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
  • You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your account on our website.

Address Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
  • Pranan USA Technologies is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact our customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee changes will be possible once an order has entered processing.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
  • Check with neighbors or any common package receiving areas.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or failure to claim, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any reshipping fees.

Special Shipping Circumstances

Please note:

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.
  • Adverse weather conditions and carrier delays may impact delivery timeframes and are beyond our control.
  • We will notify you of any significant delays in processing or delivery.

  • PrananEMF.com does not currently ship outside the United States.
