Return Eligibility

• We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for all Pranan devices.
• Products must be returned in original and complete packaging.
• All original components must be included with the return.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at orders@trilifehealth.com to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package Requirements: All returns must include the original packaging and all included components. Returns missing any items cannot be accepted.
3. Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
4. Inspection: Returned items are inspected for condition and completeness. Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may offer a replacement rather than a refund, depending on the circumstances and condition of the product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products showing excessive wear, misuse, or damage beyond reasonable handling.
• Items missing original components or packaging.

Order Cancellations

• Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
• Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
